Dinner {Creamy Asparagus Soup + Baked Sweet Potato}

      Almond Butter Chicken Salad:
      4oz chopped broiled chicken breast, 15 halved grapes, 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds tossed with 2 tbsp. almond butter, 1 tbsp. water, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp maple syrup

  3. Hmmm. . .that looks interesting. What is a serving and how do you eat it? Bread? Plain?

    1. My Clean Eating magazine didn't say to add anything else. I ate it plain. I basically mixed up all of the ingredients and ate it out of a bowl. You could add bread, but the issue would become calorie count. The recipe/measurements listed is one serving. Double, triple, or quadruple everything to make more!
