Workout {Legs + Abs + Run}

Legs
Squats with bar (3 sets 10 reps 45 lbs)
Lunges (3 sets, 10 reps, 10 lbs)
Side lunges (3 sets, 10 reps)
Donkey kicks (3 sets, 10 reps)
Hip lifts (3 sets, 10 reps, 10 lbs)

Abs
Do each of these for 30 seconds:
Elbow plank
One-arm elbow plank (right)
One-arm elbow plank (left)
Up-down plank
Plank
Tabletop plank

20 crunches
20 reverse crunches
20 heel clicks

Run:
A nice easy run with the puppies!
