Workout {Arms + Run}

I've been working out in the mornings. Colby has started his soccer camp this week, so he leaves the house by about 7:00am. This wouldn't matter except that I have Alexandria snoozing in bed, so I have to get home. The point is, I set my alarm for 5:00, but I woke up naturally at 5:45 and found my phone on the floor. Apparently I shut the alarm off in my sleep. So, that meant that I have to go to they Y and lift arms, but I will not be running today. Boo.

Lateral dumbbell raise (3 sets, 10 reps, 8 lbs)
Dumbbell shoulder press (3 sets, 10 reps, 12 lbs)
Tricep dips (3 sets, 10 reps)
Tricep kickbacks (3 sets, 10 reps, 5 lbs)
