2 organic graham crackers
4 almonds
4oz strawberry kefir

    1. Blend 1 peach, pitted, 1C milk (I used almond milk.), 1/2C cubed cantaloupe, 1/4C protein powder (I used vanilla.), and 2T flaxseeds with ice. :)
