These dog days of summer are defined by freedom. Today I am free from any obligations. There is no where that I have to be at any certain time. We leave for Colorado Springs on Wednesday, so I have a to do list with a few chores that need to be done. Other than that, we are foot loose and fancy free. Here is where the day took us...
7:30
I ate breakfast while Colby went to pick up Alex from her mom's house.
8:15-8:45
Workout! Went for a short jog and lifted arms.
8:45-9:15
Shower & get ready.
9:15-3:00
Vacation preparation. We cleaned the house from top to bottom. Cleaned the car. We spent a lot of time deep cleaning Alex's bathroom (me coaching her through it) and cleaning her room & taking inventory of her clothes.
3:00-5:30
Go to the library and pick up books for the trip. Go to the ATM and Plato's Closet. Goodwill. Shopping at The Hub.
5:30-6:00
Dinner @ Qdoba
6:00-7:00
Go to the mall... Errand to Charlotte Rouse specifically.
7:00-10:00
Continue chores and watch The Bachelorette and Housewives of OC.
