Colby joined me for this one! Woohoo! He worked out with me almost every time back in January/February, but since soccer season started, I've been on my own. Summer camps are over, so he is a free man (for a month). He really liked this workout because he felt like he was working hard and sweating hard.
20 reps of each:
Bench press 45lbs
Shoulder press 10lbs
Biceps curls 8lbs
Tricep dips 0lbs
Run 1 mile
10 plank up-downs
10 plank rockers
1 minute plank
40 regular crunches
40 reverse crunches
DO THIS SUPERSET TWICE.
Love it.
