Eff yes. If this is weight maintenance, I can handle it. I really like that Clean Eating gives me measurements so that I keep the portion under control. Some day, I'll graduate Fat Kid School and be able to make this stuff with no recipe and no measuring. Hubby saw what I was making and said, "Um, why don't I get some of that?!" So, I chopped everything up and threw in some chicken.

OMG, I make something like this too. I saute zucchini, squash, bell peppers, onion, and a little jalapeno (cause I like it spicaaay!) Then add some sirichachalala (whatever) hot sauce, chopped garlic, and a little soy sauce....Mmmmmmmmmm. I acutally make a big skillet full (oh ya, with chicken too) then portion out meals for the week. Over brown rice.
