I planned out an entire week of workouts. I like to plan on working each muscle group once or twice each week. I also plan on some kind of cardio each day. Today is arms. I reorganized my Pinterest boards based on this system. I made 6 separate workout boards: Arms, Legs, Back, Abs/Core, Stretch, and Cardio. My plan is to look on my boards for pins that help me pick something out so that I don't have to think much and I don't get bored. Today I saw my pin for "Tanktop Arms." I wrote the workout on a Post-it and took it outside with me. I just had to workout outside! I have a yoga mat and 10 pound dumbbells. Then, hubby and I went on a nice comfortable jog. This hardly felt like working out. Nice and easy and fun!
