I spent about an hour at the gym. I targeted shoulders and triceps. Then I ran 2 slow miles. Felt great!
Tricep Dips
4 sets, 15 reps, 5 lbs
Lateral Raise
4 sets, 12 reps, 8 lbs
Dumbbell Shoulder Press
4 sets, 12 reps, 12 lbs
Headbangers
4 sets, 12 reps, 12 lbs
Barbell Upright Rows
3 sets, 8 reps, 40 lbs
