Workout {Baby Got Back}
As in actual back. I'm on my own for workouts now. I wanted to workout a part if my body that wasn't already sore. My legs & arms are sore. Abs Thursday. Legs Friday. So I did back today. I did a combination of FitOrbit exercises as well as a couple Christa suggested per her bikini competition workouts. This took me about 45 minutes. I feel a little guilty for skipping cardio today.
