Lunch {Tuna Salad + Veggie Soup}

This is what I was supposed to eat yesterday according to my meal plan. Although it doesn't really matter. This is my first time having tuna mixed with Greek yogurt. On FitOrbit I had tuna salad often, but I made it with mayonnaise.  It pretty much tasted like plain tuna.  As you've read before, I LOVE Amy's vegetable soup! I like this lunch because it was a mix of hot & cold, comforting & crunchy.
