I am usually not a shake person. I don't like to drink calories. However, I LOVE this stuff. I love that I make it with almond milk. I love that it has protein powder in it. I love the unsweetened cocoa that makes me feel like I'm having a treat. I didn't add the maple syrup. I haven't bought any natural maple syrup yet. The syrup I had in the fridge was pure high fructose corn syrup and chemical crap. So, I did not add it. I need to get some real syrup!
