I sketched out what I wanted to do for workouts this week. I had planned on today being a big arms day as well as some cardio. However, my body feels tired. I've worked my arms, my back, and my core this week. Big legs on Friday. I also feel overwhelmed with this busy week. SO, I went on a 2 mile run after work. I hit a nice speed. I will not beat myself up for not spending an hour on working out every day.
