This snack is killer. And not in a good way. I do NOT appreciate raw carrots. You already know how I feel about cucs. Celery? Meh. Could I have done my own thing for this snack? Yep. Did I? Nope. Why? Because I had 1/2 cuc to use, carrots are really good for me, and the celery I'm indifferent about. This is a nutrition only snack. I had a really hard time champing up on this one.
