I did omit the cucumber because A) not a fan B) I need it for a recipe coming soon. I haven't had tortilla chips in 4 months. This time I know to buy a bag with healthful ingredients. And I know to count out 15 chips and leave it alone.
Question: What do you do with the rest of the chips? Does this snack repeat through the week, so you use them all up or do they just sit in your pantry and go stale? This is one thing that trips me up so often. I feel like I waste food because feeding myself doesn't use all of an ingredient and it goes bad before the menu plan tells me to use it again!
