Morning Snack {Rice Cakes with Nut Butter & Banana with Milk}
This snack is AWESOME! Who doesn't love a banana & nut butter combo? This snack just shows you how important it is to have the correct ingredients. If I made this with regular bread or white rice cakes, Jif PB, and cow's milk, it wouldn't have the same nutritional effect on my body.
Note: I used almond milk (my preference) and cashew butter (I meant to grab almond butter at the store.).
This is what I eat 1-2 times per week as a Post Workout meal! (minus the milk and banana) ... Cashew Butter is BOMB-DIGGITY
