Dinner {Chicken Zucchini Penne}

This dinner was excellent. Notice the portion size. Especially of the pasta. Nice & light. Drink water all night and you are set. This is the second day with a regular amount of calories and I have felt completely satisfied. I'm still not feeling full and I go to bed with the ideal amount of grumbly tumbly (hungry tummy). It just feels great.
